Station security design, Urban Realm design and Infrastructure security SIDOS staff were involved in Crossrail for more than fourteen years and in this role were the sole consultant to the project management team providing advice on requirements, specifications and the delivery of all physical security elements.
Chris’s input into developing and refining the physical security requirements and assurance process of the end design solutions for the Elizabeth line was invaluable. As a key member of my team Chris took a pragmatic approach to ensuring proportionate measures were adopted via considered risk assessments. Chris was sympathetic to the architectural point of view and worked cooperatively and closely with designers and contractors to enable delivery of a high quality architecture and urban design response that met strict security requirements.
